Cancellation by Client
- More than 120 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost.
- 120 to 60 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
- 60 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost.
- Within 15 days of departure: 100% cancellation (no refund).

Visa Rejection: ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and travel insurance are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Operator

If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.

The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
Note: Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost and may vary depending on supplier policies.
